Kitchy Kitchen Recipe: Bacon-wrapped hot dogs

It's the smell 2 hours - at least if you are on the streets of Los Angeles. Stray dogs are the best dogs. Bacon-wrapped hot dogs (not to hide or organic, totally awful for you ... but who cares, two hours) with grilled onions, jalapenos and bread also. Any type of cooking in this bold, impressive mess. It is so delicious. Also, bacon and jalapenos improve almost everything.

Tournedos HOT DOGS, STREET STYLE

INGREDIENTS

Soup 2 tablespoons oil
1 large yellow onion, sliced
1-2 hot peppers cut into slices
4 Hot Dogs
4 slices bacon (cut thin slices works best)
4 hot dog buns
1 tablespoon butter, softened to facilitate the dissemination

MODE

To make the onions and jalapeno garnish, heat a grill pan or fry over medium heat oil, then add the chopped onion and jalapeno. Cook, stirring a little, so it does not burn, for about 20 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown. Wrap each hot with bacon and cook on a griddle on medium heat dog. Cook until bacon is crisp on each side, about 6-7 minutes total. Toast bread on baking sheet and lightly butter. Add jalapeno and onions, and enjoy!
