Ooh. You're in luck. Saffron is a great thing. It is a strange combination of a powerful spice, with a very delicate flavor. Only a small amount is needed, but it is so beautiful, you want to get every drop. The best way to get all your food is (are salt) in a mortar or with sugar (for sweet recipes) or salt grounded. Dump the powder, then rinse the mortar and pestle with a little liquid in the recipe.
