Recipe: Steak with fried duck fat potatoes

A package of Porterhouse steaks
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 small eggs
2 potatoes, cut into pieces
100 g duck fat
6 crushed peppercorns
30 ml brandy
200 ml of bovine
Worcestershire sauce
Chopped parsley
White vinegar
Panko breadcrumbs
Sea salt and pepper

1 Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
