Pantry Cooking Crafts detected until the Mirage

New 24-hour restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening Fare

LAS VEGAS (September 10, 2014) - Pantry has a 24-hour restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight is now at the Mirage Hotel & Casino opened. A new 149-seat restaurant, recipes, fresh, healthy homespun always based on the menu. It is situated in a pleasant atmosphere of a French country kitchen reminding each dish is served prepared with love and attention to detail. As at home, breakfast is available 24 hours a day to satisfy cravings throughout the day.

"The level of service, combined with warm and recognizable pantry are made from the finest ingredients around everyone feel welcome here, as they do at home."

The pantry menu includes a variety of delicious dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight. Low in calories, are gluten-free and vegetarian options available to meet the needs of customers with dietary restrictions. Highlights of the menu include:

Breakfast
  • Green Eggs and Ham, a hint of sophistication in the shell of the classic story by Dr. Seuss has popularized with La Quercia prosciutto, pesto and arugula, served on an English muffin;
  • Valrhona Grand Cru Chocolate Pancakes with milk, a decadent take on the plot Gran Cru connection Valrhona milk chocolate, soft cake a rich, dark chocolate with hints and syrup served with butter and pure maple whipped cream;
  • Eggs Benedict, Panty version of a favorite loved one with poached eggs, Black Forest ham and arugula, topped with hollandaise sauce, served with homemade English muffin.
Lunch and dinner
  • A British fish and chips, an authentic interpretation of beer battered cod, tartar sauce, malt vinegar pickles and fries special pantry;
  • Smoked Salmon Galette, picked up a delicious dish with ricotta cream with dill, marinated red onions and arugula;
  • Pete Texas Fried Chicken crispy fried chicken served with mashed potatoes, carrot juice and a mill country cheddar and chive biscuit.
Dessert
  • Delicious Mason Jars, a trifecta of sweet, chocolate ganache, strawberry and banana cream pie served in Mason Jars thumbnails;
  • Handmade donuts, hot donuts, served with homemade chocolate, vanilla and berry sauces.
The lobby - by Munge Leung, a company known for its design process inevitably developed as, crafts and spaces evoke emotional response - welcomes you with warm colors and artistic elements of the police. Exquisite Mexican cement tiles line the floor and accentuate the warmth of the wood paneling in the dining room away. Cabinets filled with white dishes and vintage jewelry to create a traditional atmosphere, while the Board detailing the daily specials, the customers know what. Onto the menu in a fun and informal Mirror with graphics and quotes from legendary chef Julia Child custom decorate the walls, the culinary legend pays tribute to French cuisine introduced to the American public. Graphic images of Paris, French cuisine and fashion hang throughout the room and provides international focus.
