Orange Chicken Recipe

I love this recipe orange chicken; It is absolutely delicious! Before you start cooking, you think orange chicken is to know a court of Sino-American origin? It is claimed that this recipe is from Hunan (a province of China) and be changed if the setting here in North America to adapt to the American palate.In think Panda Express Orange Chicken is the best. Although it is a chain of fast food, most dishes are much better than what is served in restaurants.

Orange Chicken

This is not the original recipe chicken Panda Express orange, but more comparable served (added green onions to make it more attractive) than Chinese buffet with a periodic change. He also played down the ingredients to make this recipe with a budget of Orange Chicken fit for those who want to practice a frugal lifestyle. I'll try to budget-friendly as possible, so please stay tuned our future revenue.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 raw egg beaten,
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 ½ cups of water
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¼ cup of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Coffee garlic 1 tablespoon minced
  • ½ cup green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, put in the flour, salt and pepper, then mix well
  2. Laying Dip chicken in egg mixture and beat in the container (where the flour, salt and pepper are)
  3. Close jar and shake until chicken is coated with the flour mixture
  4. Fry chicken is golden brown for about 7 minutes or until the color. Repeal
  5. In a saucepan, bring the water, soy sauce, vinegar and orange juice and bring to a boil
  6. Add garlic and cook for 5 minutes
  7. Add sugar and simmer 3 to 5 minutes
  8. Add green onions and corn starch (diluted in 2 tbsp water) and mix well
  9. Add the fried chicken to the pan and cook until the sauce evaporates almost
  10. Serve hot. Share and Enjoy!
