First Fondant Cake Theme

First, I have 0 experience with fondant, and I am a complete novice baker.
I bought some beautiful quilts online dish for the feast of dd, but no cake instructions. His party is tomorrow.
Thus, the cupcakes freeze regularly with frosting night (you know, that the water, vanilla, icing, butter teaspoon) and add the toppers? It would be the basis for tomorrow at noon in order to be?

In addition, I have prepared in advance and frozen cakes. They thaw in the refrigerator. Is it okay to freeze or cold they have to be at room temperature?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)
