
I think I'm hit by Muffin mistake again. I have this choc chip muffins for breakfast and added some orange zest for a fruity aroma. I had leftovers for afternoon tea as well and only heat in the toaster would my hot buns.

Choc Chip Muffins Recipe Orange
- Ingredients
- Flour 9 oz
- Powdered sugar 4 oz
- 2 eggs
- Half a cup of canola oil
- 125-150 ml natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Half a teaspoon of baking powder
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- a pinch of salt
Method
- Put the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. The sugar melts.
