This year July 4th falls on a Friday, the Independence Day was celebrated with a long weekend. Long weekend holiday means one thing: Remove the grill and cook some delicious meals.
In preparation for this occasion we passed our normal format "a recipe per day." Today, it's what's for dinner? some of our favorite recipes for the grill, have been classified by main ingredient.

Beef
Grilled Porterhouse - thick steak, a little oil and grill. That's it. We offer this selection for Friday, because it is simple, requires little preparation and leaves you with plenty of time to enjoy the fireworks in the company of family and friends.
Rotating skewers with cherry sauce grilled meat - a little more style to this recipe, and start a sweet fruity salsa. Multiple options fry on our list, do not forget to celebrate with your guests, there is no "a lot of meat!"
Sirloin Burgers Balsamic Mayo, Mushrooms and Switzerland - This is a holiday; allowed to go big to celebrate. Get some big, juicy burgers and accumulate high mushrooms and cheese, as well as our photo of the dish.
Chicken

This election mouth water - Boneless pork chops with bacon and smoked Gouda cheese. An explosion of taste, in our opinion! If you happen to do not forget before you remove the toothpicks.
Fish
Salmon with herb butter sauce - Grilled fish can be a bit time, but just follow this recipe for salmon delicious. Herb butter sauce, add a bit of a hit!
Swordfish Steaks with Vinaigrette Pompeii - you know the recipes fat drop the word 'best' in the title? This sword fish dish takes a little further: The article states that this is not the perfect grilled swordfish that we complained Association looks great.!

Drinking recommendations
The followers of what's for dinner? We usually share some ideas for drinks to pair with food. Some of our colleagues have beaten us by the hand, so instead of our favorite parts of their recommendations, with a link to the rest.
Liberty Ale, Anchor Brewing - While beer writer Chris Morris has the list so that we can choose, we had to go with Anchor Brewing. Chris himself said anchor is a symbol for the movement of small craft beer and high score of liberty in our beer of the week feature.
Cenyth Wines - wine writer John Foy immersed in the history of the United States with his selection: A red California by a French winemaker. Your choice is a hat tip to France, the birth of our nation, recognized the sovereignty of states and helped in the Revolutionary War.
Back - This choice was a little difficult because the article does not mention the exact recipe. Many drinks were provided at the discretion of the bartender available back to the days of the founding fathers. You can find many recipes online to find for product launches, but slightly modernized: You do not need a hot iron to finish the drink.
